Here at Barrys Fitness we offer Personal Training which is exactly that! Personal!
Its a private gym so we don't have the crowds of a commercial gym and we have plenty space , I may even let you pick the music :)
I am very aware that some people find the big gyms a bit daunting, which is why I opened my own private facility to get you guys comfortable and teach you how and why to lift weights and how to reach your goals in a fun sustainable way!

My Methods
I believe in enjoying your training.
I believe in being healthy and active without it coming at cost!
What that means is, you can make the healthy choices and if you dont, you relax, adjust and start again.
I dislike strict diets as they are not sustainable or enjoyable!
I will try teach you technique in the gym and also an understanding of foods and calories but also not demonize certain foods over others.
The best diet for you is the one you can maintain for life.
